Application:
The tester is mainly used to determine the resistance to external blows of the thermal plastics pipes of circular cross section.Test pieces are subject to blow from a falling striker,of specified mass and  shape,dropped from a known height onto specified positions around the circumference of the test  piece.The true impact rate of the batch,or production run from an extruder,is estimated.The maximum  value acceptable for the TIR is taken to be 10%.There are two test methods: round-the-clock method and  staircase method.

• Exhaust Pipe Modeling

The drop hammer pipe is 3D-modeled with additional exhaust holes to minimize wind resistance. A clamping structure is also added to the pipe to prevent failure and deformation.

• Pneumatic Connection and Release

Eschewing the traditional electromagnetic hammer connection and release mechanism, this system utilizes a pneumatic design with greater force and a guaranteed burnout resistance. The hammer connection utilizes a 300N long-stroke dual cylinder and a tendon plate for the hammer connection surface, ensuring stable hammer connection and preventing damage to the hammer head. The release mechanism also utilizes a pneumatic design, fundamentally eliminating the risk of cable breakage and leakage associated with electromagnetic release. The pneumatic design employs an airless automatic locking mechanism for safety and reliability.

• Integrated Modular Assembly

The mechanical components are assembled from standard aluminum alloy profiles, while the electrical system features a 7-inch touchscreen and Delta PLC. This ensures standardized process, modular installation, lightweight construction, and high strength.
